Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Nah, we never really liked long-term contracts. You simply pay on a month-to-month basis. There's no long-term commitment or contract required. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, you're only billed for the remainder of the current month.

Do I have to download or install anything?

If you're reading this page, then you have everything you need to use Reframer. It runs right in your browser. There are no plug-ins to download or install. As long as you have a web browser, you can use Reframer.

What web browsers do you support?

We support all A grade browsers, including: Safari 4 and higher, Chrome 4 and higher, Firefox 3 and higher, and Internet Explorer 7 and higher. You can use Internet Explorer 6, but it might behave badly. But if you're using IE6, you're probably used to that by now.

How secure is my data?

Um, like Fort Knox secure. Seriously, our servers are housed in a state-of-the art data center with 24-hour surveillance and biometric locks. Our application servers, software and infrastructure are kept up to date with the latest security patches and are protected by enterprise-level firewalls. All plans include SSL encryption for authentication and payment processing.

Can I change my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time. To change your plan, just click the Settings link next to your company name in the application toolbar and select the My Plan tab. You'll see options to change your plan.

If I cancel my account what happens to my data?

Breaking up is hard to do. We'd hate to see you go, but if decide to leave, you can take your data with you.

What types of payments to you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For enterprise site license plans, we accept ACH/direct deposit. We do not currently accept PayPal or POs.
